I have a 3yr old son Arley and i had twin boys Jayden and Alfie on the 16th June 09 at 26 weeks and 5 days pregnant. Jayden passed away 3 hours after birth due to prolonged Preterm Premature Rupture of Membranes at 16 weeks. He is my precious little star shining in the sky and we miss him very much.
